Earl stems from a six-generation heritage of Chico locals. He graduated from California State University, Chico in 2001 with honors, earning a BA in Visual Communication Graphic Design.

Earl stems from a six-generation heritage of Chico locals. He graduated from California State University, Chico in 2001 with honors, earning a BA in Visual Communication Graphic Design.

Earl joined the LearningChange team in 2002, bringing his expertise in graphic design and Web design, specializing in usability and accessibility of online applications. His work has earned LearningChange multiple WebAwards from the Chico Chamber of Commerce, including two awards for 2005.

When he is not working, Earl enjoys the Chico community he loves and grew up in, and stays busy by serving on the board of directors for the Downtown Chico Business Association as well as the Butte Pioneers Civic Venture Capital Fund. He also mentors for the Academy of Communications and Technology at Chico High School (his alma mater).
