Taken in
Baring down upon me
Like an unsolicited kiss
The kind you aren’t expecting
But that you’d likely miss.
A consecrated evening
An illicit afternoon
Consciousness of shared emotion
Like stars amongst the moon
Butterscotch and Caramel
Smooth against my lips
Silk and lace and velvet
Soft upon my hips
Pensive thoughts caress my mind
Numbing crevasses and lobes
Blood thick and rich like finest wines
Running deep beneath my clothes
Baring down upon me
Like a cavalcade of heat
Smoldering and melting me
Into a pool at your feet
Breezes can move mountains
If you believe its true
Words can move the strongest hearts
If they’re written all for you.
