There is a new farmers Markt at Enloe hospital that GRUB is selling at now Tuesdays from 2-6 in the enloe conference center parking lot. & Every other week Documentary NightThe Future of Food Tuesday, June 16th 7:30 PM at the GRUB Cooperative 1525 Dayton Road Please ride your bicycles!

On Thursday May 15th at 6:30 G.R.U.B.(Growing Resourcefully, Uniting Bellies) held their second benefit show at the Chico Women's Club. $9 got you in and a giant plate of veggie curry with salad. The dinner was totally sustainable with cloth napkins and metal forks and glass drinking glasses, most of which looked like it was donated. Many local musical favorites also joined the cause, and there were organic plants for sale and t-shirts. Keep an eye on this resourceful group, they are up to good things.
