::Ridiculous Local Art Ideas::

So my first ridiculous local art idea is to have a big chunk of a freeway overpass sitting out in the field of upper Bidwell park (between the playground and the giant cross). You could play street hockey on top, tag the bases, have secret meetings or just admire a wonderful sunset with your loved ones.
