Burningman

My trip to Black Rock City this year brought back familiar memories. The smell of dry sweat and playa dust, the hundreds of glowing led lights dancing around the night like neuron firings, and the massive multidimensional soundscape constantly saturating the city air. I found myself lost and found at the same instant. It is impossible to go to Burningman and not be inspired, influenced, educated, and impressed. My trip only lasted about two days but I will never forget it.
Some of my most memorable moments include the electric sitar planetarium, the giant metal wings, the mutant instrument camp, the nexus camp, the parachuters with flame throwers that lit up the night sky, and of course the super giant hummer and complimentary large phallus spurting ten foot flames.

"Art, or the graphic translation of a culture, is shaped by the way space is perceived. Electric circuitry is recreating in us the multidimensional space orientation of the primitive."
