Somewhere in the Black Hills...
Been MIA dealing with some major life plate shifting--moving homes (2x), office (1x), divorce (1x-heh, duh), traveling for business, re-connecting with not-so long lost family...been weird. Haven't had space or time to do ant art and it's starting to wear on me but I have arranged a trip to LACMA next month to see the Dali Paintings and Film exhibit which I hope will be inspiring.
Just returned late last night from a road trip with my brother. Flew to his place in San Diego and drove from there to South Dakota. Since the only medium I have access to at the moment is digital photography, I have been working on some pics I took of my grandmother's farm. It's a very sweet, pretty old farm with old barns and out buildings. I hadn't been there for over twelve years but, though a little more dilapidated, it looked pretty much how I remembered it.
I hope to be posting images during the next few days and would like some feedback on whether or not they might be show worthy. I'm not really a photographer; I usually take photos with the idea of altering them to use in other works. So please have a look and give and honest opinion. If they are crap then they are crap...I can take it!

"Art, or the graphic translation of a culture, is shaped by the way space is perceived. Electric circuitry is recreating in us the multidimensional space orientation of the primitive."
