Immersing in Process

I’ve been spending more hours making art these past weeks than I ever have in my life. I am really starting to connect with my own process, which is completely new for me. I have always been drawn to the “artist at work”…been a little envious even. As a writer, the process is so different, so sterile.

With visual art, once you tap into a process that really works for you, the hours evaporate. Five hours at the studio feels like nothing.

I’ve posted up the new pieces I’ve been working on under this newly discovered process. It feels really good and I’d love some feedback.
